Additional Gear

- Soccer shoes:
  • Must fit well with soccer socks on or they will fly off.
  • Wearing too big or too small of a size could result in blisters.
  • Try shoes on with soccer socks.
- Shin guards are not armor. Sizes XS and S fit most kids up to U10/12. Shin guards that cover the entire shin are too big and can be more harmful than helpful. A good rule of thumb is to to have the shin guard be the same size as your zories.
- Soccer ball must be division appropriate. Mark it with your child's name and a contact number in the event it gets left behind:
• U6 - U8 = size 3
• U10 - U11 = size 4
• U12 - U16 = size 5/regulation
- Drink container labeled with your child's name and a contact number in the event it gets left behind.
TIPS:
To help find your lost items faster, label your soccer balls and drink containers, even shin guards, with your name and number using a permanent marker, then take a photo of it, that way if you accidentally forget it at practice or on the game field, you can forward the photo on your WhatsApp team chat group for faster recovery
